What is ParTee GOLF?

ParTee GOLF is a mobile golf simulator experience based in Bend, Oregon. We bring the simulator, equipment, technology, setup, and on-site support directly to your event so you and your guests can play, compete, and have a great time without ever leaving the party.

What kinds of events do you do?

Just about anything that brings people together. ParTee GOLF is a great fit for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, private parties, tournaments, fundraisers, community events, family gatherings, and more. Have something different in mind? Reach out — we’d love to hear about it.

Do I need to know how to golf?

Not at all. ParTee is designed for everyone, from experienced golfers to people who have never swung a club before. You can play a full round, compete in a challenge, or simply grab a club and have some fun.

Can we play real golf courses?

Yes. Our simulator uses E6 golf simulation software, which allows players to experience digitally recreated real-world golf courses along with a variety of games, challenges, and practice options.

What games and activities are available?

Depending on the experience, guests can play full rounds of golf, compete in formats such as scrambles or match play, try challenges like Closest to the Pin or Long Drive, or simply use the simulator for practice and casual play. We can help choose options that make the most sense for your group.

What is included with a ParTee GOLF rental?

Your experience includes the mobile golf simulator, E6 software and games, TV for viewer spectating, delivery, setup and teardown, an on-site ParTee attendant, and one set of golf clubs. We take care of the equipment and technology so you can focus on your event.

Do you provide golf clubs?

Yes. We have club sets available for men, women, left-handed golfers, and kids. One set is included with your rental, and additional sets can be added for an extra charge.

Can I bring my own golf clubs?

Absolutely. If you have your own clubs and prefer using them, bring them along.

Where does ParTee GOLF travel?

Bend is our primary service area, and we also serve events throughout Central Oregon, including communities such as Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville, and surrounding areas. Events outside Bend may have an additional travel charge based on distance. If you’re farther away, contact us anyway — we may still be able to bring the ParTee to you.

Can ParTee GOLF be set up indoors or outdoors?

Yes. The simulator can work for both indoor and outdoor events as long as there is enough space and a safe, relatively level setup area. Outdoor events are also subject to weather and site conditions.

How much space do you need?

We need approximately 20 feet wide by 20 feet deep by 15 feet high, along with a relatively level and unobstructed setup area.

Do I need to provide electricity

ParTee GOLF is designed to be largely self-contained, and we have generator power available when needed. If suitable venue power is available, we may also be able to use that. We’ll confirm the best setup when we review your event details.

How long does setup take?

We arrive before your scheduled event time to handle the complete setup and testing of the simulator. Setup time can vary depending on the venue and event location, and we’ll coordinate those details with you beforehand.

Is setup and teardown included in my rental time?

No. Your booked ParTee time is your play time. We arrive beforehand to set everything up and handle teardown after your event.

Will someone from ParTee GOLF stay during the event?

Yes. A ParTee attendant stays on-site to operate the simulator, help guests get started, troubleshoot the equipment, and keep the experience running smoothly.

How many people can play?

There isn’t necessarily a strict attendance limit because people can rotate through the simulator throughout the event. The ideal amount of actual golf played will depend on the length of your rental, number of guests, and type of game being played. If you tell us about your event, we can help recommend the best rental length and format.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for weekends, weddings, corporate events, and busy event seasons. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out — if we have availability, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

How do I book a ParTee?

Start by submitting a Request Your ParTee form through the website. Tell us your event date, location, event type, and a few details about what you’re planning. We’ll confirm availability, work through the details with you, and get everything finalized.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first. Outdoor events may need to be delayed, relocated, or rescheduled because of high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions. We’ll communicate with you as early as possible if weather could affect your event.

Can kids use the simulator?

Absolutely. ParTee GOLF is designed to be fun for families and golfers of different ages and abilities. We have kids’ golf clubs available, and the simulator offers ways to play that work well for younger guests and beginners.

Can experienced golfers actually use it seriously?

Yes. While ParTee is built around having fun, experienced golfers can play full courses, compete with friends, practice different shots, and use launch data from the simulator. It can be as casual or competitive as your group wants it to be.

Can you customize the experience for our event?

Yes. Every event is a little different. Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll help choose games, competitions, rental length, club options, and other details that make sense for your group.

What should we provide?
